"Customer service was surprisingly nice"
I usually assume customer service is going to take forever based on past experiences, but this time they helped me really quickly and were actually nice about it.

"Nice products, but I didn’t want to deal with support"
I’m really sensitive to strong smells, so I was a little nervous ordering from toofaced.com. I also don’t have a ton of faith in customer service if something goes wrong, so I was hoping I wouldn’t have to contact anyone. Luckily, the products I got only had a light scent and didn’t bother my nose or give me a headache. Shipping was totally fine too, so overall I’m happy with it.

"Easy return, refund just took a few days"
I had to return a foundation because the shade wasn’t a good match for me. The return process was really easy and straightforward, which I appreciated. The refund took about a week to come through, so it wasn’t instant, but everything worked out fine in the end. No major complaints.

"I’ve tried a few Too Faced products now..."
I’ve tried a few Too Faced products now the formulas are what I remember most because they’re usually really nice. The mascara gives my lashes good volume, and the concealer blends out easily without making my skin look dry. I do kind of forget the small downsides until later, but yeah, some shades definitely fade a bit by the end of the day. Not quite a 5-star for me, but I’m still glad I bought them.

"It did stay on for most..."
It did stay on for most of the day, but it definitely faded after a while. I felt a little misled because I expected it to hold up better based on how it was described.

"Smooth experience with good tracking"
Ordering was easy and overall it was a smooth experience. I started getting tracking updates quickly, which was nice because I could see where my package was along the way. Shipping did take a little longer than I expected, but everything showed up in good shape and was packed well. I’d order again, just probably not if I needed something in a hurry.

"Fast shipping, but tracking could be better"
I’ve been loyal to this brand for a while, so I always expect a smooth experience. My order actually showed up really fast, which I appreciated, but the tracking didn’t update as quickly as I would’ve liked. Not a huge deal, just a little frustrating when I’m used to keeping an eye on my deliveries.

I actually found my shade here easily, which was such a relief. The options were good and it saved me from that whole buying-the-wrong-color situation, which feels totally preventable when the shade range is laid out well.

I have sensitive skin, but this worked fine for me. I didn’t get any rash or irritation, just noticed it felt a little dry sometimes, so maybe I’d use a moisturizer with it or..

"A surprisingly good sale find"
I ended up grabbing a few things during a sale, mostly just to see if they were any good, and I was happy when they showed up. The quality felt better than I expected for the price, and the shipping went smoothly with no issues. It was one of those purchases where you think, “Okay, that was actually worth it.” I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Pretty shades, but my snap judgment is: just okay"
I liked the colors when I first opened it, but after trying them, my snap judgment is that the payoff is uneven. A few shades show up really nicely, but others take a couple layers before you can even see much. It’s not bad by any means, I just thought it would be a little more impressive...
